This website

The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. We measure visits with a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool that stores no personal data and needs no consent banner. The demo videos are served from our own server.

If you use the trial or demo form, we store your work email, your name, which SuiteCRM you run, roughly how many people would use it, and anything you write in the message box. We keep the page you sent it from, so we know which part of the site answered your question. We use all of it to set up your trial or schedule a call, and for nothing else. It is never sold, and it goes to no advertising network or data broker.

We do not store the address you submitted from. The request carries an IP address, as every web request does; we keep only a partial one-way hash of it, which lets us see that fifty submissions came from one source but cannot be turned back into an address or used to identify you.

The service

SuiteBrain AI connects Claude to your CRM. It stores, per connection, an encrypted refresh token for your CRM, and per customer, the CRM address and encrypted client credentials. It never stores your CRM password. It keeps no copy, sync or index of your records: the records a user asks about in a conversation pass through the service to Claude and are not retained by SuiteBrain AI.

Calls run as the signed-in CRM user, so your SuiteCRM roles decide what can be read or changed. Any connection can be revoked in one click, which invalidates its tokens immediately.

If you create an account, we store your name, your email, a one-way hash of your password, your company name, a log of sign-ins and changes made in your account, and how many requests your company makes. Our staff can view your account read-only to help you, and every such view is logged. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Anthropic processes the conversation under its own terms and data processing agreement; on commercial Claude plans it does not train on your data by default. Our hosting provider is Hetzner, in the European Union. The full list is on the security page.
