- Which AI apps does it work with?
- It is built and tested with Claude. Other apps that support custom MCP connectors with OAuth, such as ChatGPT in developer mode, Copilot Studio, Mistral Le Chat, Grok and self-hosted Open WebUI or LibreChat, use the same address at the same price. Your AI subscription is yours; we never charge for the model.
- How are users counted?
- Each plan includes a number of active users: SuiteCRM logins that used it in the last 30 days. People with a CRM account who never use it are free. People already using it are never cut off; past a margin over your plan, new people cannot connect until you move up, and we let you know first. Requests are unlimited, with a per-minute fair-use limit.
- Does the trial touch my CRM?
- Yes. It is the full product for 14 days, so you see it read and write real records. Every request runs as the signed-in user, so their own SuiteCRM roles decide what it can see and change.
- Which SuiteCRM versions work?
- SuiteCRM 7.10 and newer, and every SuiteCRM 8 release, through the V8 API they ship. Record views mirror your instance’s own configured layouts, including custom modules.
- Can we run it on our own servers?
- Yes, on Business and Enterprise. Enterprise adds air-gapped installs with your own AI model, so no data leaves your network.
- Is there a contract or a card?
- The trial needs neither. Starter and Pro are monthly or yearly; Business and Enterprise come with a written agreement.
