SuiteBrain AI is an AI assistant for SuiteCRM. It connects your SuiteCRM to Claude and other AI apps, so your team can ask for what they need in plain words, see it as a live view inside the chat, and update records by saying what changed. Every request runs as the signed-in person, under their own SuiteCRM permissions.

How does it work?
SuiteBrain AI is an MCP server: it speaks the Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI apps use to work with business tools. You add one address in your AI app and sign in with your SuiteCRM login once. From then on, the AI can search, read, create and update SuiteCRM records through SuiteCRM’s own V8 API. - Who makes SuiteBrain AI?
- SuiteBrain AI is an independent product. It is not made by or endorsed by SalesAgility, who make SuiteCRM, or by Anthropic, who make Claude.
- Is SuiteBrain AI a SuiteCRM plugin?
- No. Nothing is installed on your SuiteCRM server. It talks to SuiteCRM through its standard V8 API, and your administrator creates one OAuth2 client for it in SuiteCRM.
- Which SuiteCRM versions does it support?
- SuiteCRM 7.10 and newer, and SuiteCRM 8.
- Which AI apps work with SuiteBrain AI?
- It is built and tested with Claude on web, desktop and mobile. Other apps that support custom MCP connectors with OAuth, such as ChatGPT in developer mode, Copilot Studio, Le Chat, Grok and self-hosted Open WebUI or LibreChat, use the same address; we have not tested those ourselves.
- Is my CRM data safe?
- Each person signs in with their own SuiteCRM login, and their own SuiteCRM roles decide what the AI can see and change. The CRM password is used once and never stored. Your records stay in your SuiteCRM; SuiteBrain AI keeps no copy of them.
- How much does SuiteBrain AI cost?
- There is a free 14-day trial with everything in Pro and no card. Plans are per company: Starter $49 a month for up to 10 active users, Pro $99 a month for up to 50, Business $2,500 a year for up to 250, and Enterprise from $15,000 a year. Requests are unlimited, with a per-minute fair-use limit.
